  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lenses, caps, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
